eVALUER

eValuer is a groundbreaking online rough diamond valuation platform delivering unparalleled accuracy and transparency in diamond pricing. By harvesting data from rough sales across major tender and auction houses in Dubai, Antwerp, South Africa, Botswana, Angola and India, it analyzes hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions to produce a monthly price book spanning 3,566 diamond categories. Trusted to value approximately $2 billion of diamonds annually, eValuer is used across most major diamond-producing and processing countries worldwide.

eValuer operates independently, ensuring unbiased valuations underpinned by over 20 years of industry expertise. Its tools provide equal access to real-time, data-driven market pricing based entirely on actual sales — not estimation — enabling informed decision-making for producers, manufacturers, and buyers alike.

eValuer serves government diamond valuation teams in South Africa, Angola, United Arab Emirates, Zimbabwe, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Botswana and the United Kingdom, as well as the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme’s Working Group of Diamond Experts.

While eValuer is intuitive enough for experienced professionals to use without training, tailored programs are available at clients’ own premises. All users have access to a detailed online assortment guide, hands-on sessions with real assortments, and ongoing quality control support to ensure continuous improvement.

YDI maintains responsible and ethical sourcing practices throughout its supply chain and full traceability of its diamonds to origin, including melee stones. The company places strong emphasis on sustainability, environmental responsibility, and social responsibility as integral parts of its operations.
