Bylaws

The WDC Bylaws include the rules, regulations and procedures according to which the World Diamond Council is governed. They define the purpose of the organization, list the criteria for membership, describe the structure and role of the Board of Directors and the authority and role of the WDC officers and standing committees, and the procedures for meeting and voting and elections.
